Important:

After submitting the text, if the voice actor has not yet recorded your advertisement, the text can be changed. Once the voice actor has arrived at the studio and completed the voice-over, changes to the text are no longer possible. This service is chargeable because the voice actor needs to revisit the studio for a re-recording. During the order, try to mention all the details we should pay attention to during the creative process. The cost of corrections is 50% of the base amount.

Turnaround time for radio ads/audio clips/other voice-over projects:

• If your chosen actor/voice artist is in the studio, a standard (radio clip, short voice-over) takes 2 – 4 hours (if you provide the text immediately and the voice actor is in the studio).
• For orders requiring multiple voices, extensive voice-over scripts, special effects, etc., the order deadline is determined upon evaluating the order.

Payment:

If the client is a company: Payment is not required upfront; initially, you receive the completed work, and we issue an invoice with your provided details. Payment is due within 2 business days. If the client is an individual: Payment is required in advance. Attention: When ordering voice-over services in foreign languages, payment is required in advance. Attention: If the order is placed by a registered foreign company, payment is required in advance.

Use the following table to calculate the number of words needed to voice a audio track with the specified duration:

• 10 sec – maximum word count: 20 – 23
• 20 sec – maximum word count: 40 – 43
• 30 sec – maximum word count: 60 – 65
• 40 sec – maximum word count: 80 – 87
• 50 sec – maximum word count: 100 – 110 Note: If you want the text to sound slower or include pauses, do not exceed the maximum allowable word count. If long words are used, the word count for voice-over may decrease based on the clip’s duration.
